Friday, February 21st

Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella

Friday through Sunday, featuring multiple performances at The Courtyard Theater, this warm and funny adaptation is great for adults and children. (1509 H Ave)

Ticketstock 2020

Friday through Saturday, Sportsradio 1310 The Ticket puts on this annual fan fest featuring appearances from Emmitt Smith of the Dallas Cowboys (Friday 6:30-8PM) and Tyler Seguin of the Dallas Stars (Saturday from 2-3:30PM). Hang out with other P1s, get autographs, play free classic video games provided by Free Play Arcade and enjoy food and music. Ticket Timewasters will take the stage Saturday at 6PM for a free concert. This event is from 12-8PM both days at the Plano Event Center (2000 E Spring Creek Pkwy)

Head to Legacy Hall from 4PM to midnight for just about everything you could want in a Mardi Gras party. Hurricanes, peel-and-eat shrimp, jesters and jugglers, jazz, king cakes, circus performers. From D Magazine: Legacy Hall will feature a Fat Tuesday parade through the Hall starting around 5:30 p.m. with the Big D Marching Band and staff joining in on the fun. Then the talented musicians of the jazz band, The Bobby Falk Group, will take the stage in the Box Garden from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Free face painting will be available from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. to entertain young party-goers.

Empty Bowls benefitting North Texas Food Bank

Enjoy chef-prepared cuisine in a handcrafted bowl, a souvenir to remind us that not everyone’s bowl is full. Stations from restaurants all over Plano include Lockhart Smokehouse, Dallas Grilled Cheese Co., Taco Deli, Blue Mesa, Celebration Restaurant and many more. Plano Wine Walk at Willow Bend

Avoid the cold, sample wines and shop your heart out. Purchase a ticket, get your collectible glass and use it to sample at least 15 wines from small, boutique wineries. There will also be pop-up vendors, a scavenger hunt, live music and a raffle. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. 5:30-8:30PM at the Shops at Willow Bend (6121 W. Park Blvd.)
